Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse with a central raised German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia, within a ribbed ring bearing a raised inscription of BLUT UND EHRE (BLOOD AND HONOUR), the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, maker marked with the logo of F. W. Assmann & Shne, Ldenscheid, a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo, and code M4 39, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
