Contadi Castaldi Satén Franciacorta Sacatoro bottled in Everetthe colour is a bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and elegant, with clear aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes, hints of pippin apple, dried figs and peanuts. Supple in the mouth, but not sweet, it has a fresh, pleasant flavour. The finish is long, assertive and very enjoyable.
