A First Model Wehrmacht Pith Helmet 1942 Archive It read: "Regret deeply C120696A First Model Wehrmacht Pith Helmet 1942 Marked W & Mayser D. R. G. M. D, dated 1941, size 7 1 8, solid construction with green felt exterior, red felt interior, and leather sweat band exhibiting minor soiling and wear. Dark leather band on rim is complete with only one stain. Matching leather chin stap, period use with only minimal cracking. Both interior and exterior show no mothing, single impression point, overall better than very fine. (GHH4132)
