It states that Matrosenobergefreiter (Navy Senior Lance Corporal) Werner Broscheit of the 5th Fast Attack Craft Flotilla is awarded the Fast Attack Craft War Badge on January 4, 1944. It is signed in black ink by Captain at Sea and Commodore, Leader of Fast Attack Crafts, Rudolf Petersen (19051983), a recipient of the Knights Cross with Oak Leaves.
