The foot of the coffee pot is fluted with a vertically elongated, fluted, melon style body. The spout of the pot is partially fluted, with a simple acanthus design and a pointed mouth. The lid of the pot is fluted with a flattened, circular, fluted finial in the center. The lid is attached to the pot by a hinge located by the handle.
