Of high manufacture, an outstanding eight pointed faceted star in silver, the obverse exhibiting a detailed gilded Cambodian coat of arms on an enameled deep blue background, encircled by a very nicely enameled red border with elegant gilt edges, plain reverse, with typical French crown suspension with enameled details, measuring 46. 02 mm (w) x 75. 49 mm (h inclusive of crown suspension),
