Annam, French Protectorate. An Imperial Order Of The Dragon, Commander, C.1910 certificate_of_authenticity 3rd Class - Type II(Ordre imprial du Dragon d'Annam). Instituted 1886 by Emperor ng Khnh. Civil Division. In silver gilt and enamels, measuring 66. 5 mm (w) x 121 mm (h inclusive of its dragon suspension), enamel repair evident in the blue enamels on the centre piece, all other enamels are intact, replacement pin to secure crown, good fine.
