Rough Draft Freudian Sip American Ale alesmith-brewing-co fermented with local meadowfoam honey"Hazy dark amber beer with a small pale cream coloued head. Palate is smooth, turning minerally crisp. Nice malt, fairly rich and creamy with a little toffee. Pleasant hops mellow marmalade and a little noble hop like spice. Fairly neutral finish. Joins up well. Very drinkable."
