An Italian-Manufactured Army Beret Eagle 1945 Auction nick in the blade onManufactured in Italy in 1945, in silvered and gray rolled bullion wire, in various textures, touches of red and black embroidery representing the eagle's tongue and eye respectively, on an olive green embroidered base, brown cotton mesh backer, measuring 33 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), paper and glue residue evident on the reverse from previous board mounting, near extremely fine.
