Germany, Heer. A Panzergrenadier Division Großdeutschland Flak/Artillery Unteroffizier Candidate’s Shoulder Strap United Republic of quick thinking(Division Grodeutschland Schulterklappe). Constructed of dark green wool with a field grey wool reverse, trimmed with red piping, bordered by a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresse overlaid by dual tresses of identical construction, with central machine embroidered stylized initials GD, the reverse with an integrated strap bearing a reinforced buttonhole, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
