Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a raised coat of arms of the city of Munich, topped by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, circumscribed by inscriptions of VEREIN DER HUNDEFREUNDE VON MNCHEN UND UMGEBUNG (ASSOCIATION OF DOG LOVERS OF MUNICH AND SURROUNDING AREA) and ORTSGRUPPE DES R.
