DESCRIPTION Delighted: A royal blue jelly sure to please. Our Juicy Jellies have a sheer and self levelling formula that gives a watercolour transparent effect. They may or may not build up to full opacity depending on the colour, but in general are sheer when compared to a crme polish. This makes them wonderful for nail art that requires layering or blending.
