On the palate is fresh and mineral

Matthias is great in producing Rieslings and when we tasted this tank we were really taken by this orange Riesling

then some fresh exotic aromas (unripe pineapple maybe) and yellow grapefruit and at last a beautiful bitter finish – almost like an after dinner dry vermouth
