Germany, Ordnungspolizei. A Schutzpolizei Officer’s Visor Cap By Peter Küpper, C.1939 GTRexclude green felt protective pad on(Schutzpolizei Einheitsmtze). This is an extremely well preserved Schutzpolizei (Protection Police) officers visor cap, constructed of smooth field grey wool with a black wool cap band. The cap features three bands of woven, green Waffenfarbe piping at the top, middle, and bottom. Pinned into the peak is a silvered and blackened aluminum cockade with red felt centre, measuring 22 mm in diameter. The cap band features an Ordnungspolizei (Order Police)
