Constructed of multi coloured machine embroidery in the shape of an oak and laurel wreath with a mobile swastika on the base of the wreath and a Luftwaffe eagle without lightening bolts; on a gray wool backer; measuring 58 mm (w) x 67 mm (h); in overall mint and unissued condition.
