It contains stamps signifying his paid fees for the subscription of the NSDAP newspaper of Gau Hamburg, the Hamburger Tageblatt. The stamps have different yearly themes. 1939: the newspaper and the city of Hamburg under NSDAP rule. 1940: Kriegsmarine vessels. 1941: exotic animals of the German colonies. 1942: famous buildings from cities of all corners of the German Reich. 1943:
