United Kingdom. A Lot of Order of St. Lazarus Awards. consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac 1877 - July 11Instituted in 1119. Maltese cross in green and white enamel with gold plated border, each of the arms of the cross finished with two ball finials, obverse center shows Lazarus praying to Jesus, surrounded by green enameled ring with the Latin motto ATAVIS ET ARMIS, reverse shows haloed Virgin Mary, on original green ribbon with pinback, mint condition.
