The consists of fine quality dark green wool Mtzentrikot (cap tricot), with a twill weave (Krperbindung) pattern of parallel running ribs of medium width and height, showing light fuzzing indicative of having been felted. The cap features a traditional high peak crown with tightly seated and even piping running along the crown of the cap, as well as the top and bottom edges
