Crafted from 85% Corvina Veronese, 10% Corvinone, and 5% Rondinella, this wine undergoes a distinctive ripasso technique, where freshly vinified Valpolicella wine is re fermented over the pomace of Amarone. This process, combined with 18 months in French oak and further bottle aging, deepens the character,
