Germany, Wehrmacht. A Mint Russian Liberation Army Sleeve Shield, Embroidered Version Republic of ” the six o’clock arm(Wehrmacht Heer rmelschild der Russischen Befreiungsarmee). Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a white cotton twill shield overlaid by a blue Cross of St. Andrew, situated within a ribbed border, topped by machine embroidered golden yellow Cyrillic initials ( , or Russian Liberation Army), unmarked, measuring 56 mm (w) x 65 mm (h), an uncommon embroidered version in unissued and near mint condition.
