Fully hardened to over 60 HRC. Knurls have perfectly formed short teeth. Faces are chamfered on both sides to produce burr free work of uniform precision. Left hand knurling is produced by right hand knurls and right hand knurling is produced by left hand knurls. Diamond knurling is produced by using right and left hand knurls in pairs.
