Constructed of zink, presenting as an oval oak leaf wreath consisting of eight oak leaves and multiple acorns, topped by a Heer (Army) style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a central Flak 88 facing towards the top right, with the barrel extending past the badge, the reverse plain with barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked with R. S logo of maker Rudolf Souval, Vienna,
