Bradley Smoker Mesquite Bisquettes x 120 BBQ Tools Vegetables and CheeseMesquite is a strong flavour, but more delicate and sweeter than Hickory. Mesquite is a perfect partner for Fish, Seafood, Beef, Pork, Game, Water Fowl and Nuts. Each Bradley Bisquette lasts 20 minutes, so you use 3 per hour of smoking time, so a Pack of 48 gives you 16 hours smoking time, and a Pack of 120 Bisquettes gives you 40 hours of smoke. Every 20 minutes the motor in the smoker will send a new bisquette down on to the burner automatically.
