Colorfully Striped Hand-painted Japanese Porcelain Demitasse Cups - Set of Four bell I believe for brushing hairWhen I spotted this set of four hand painted porcelain demitasse cups, made in Japan circa 1940s, I was immediately smitten. I love the mix of colors, and would be inclined to mix and match cups and saucers. This is exactly the sort of cup that makes me want to bake a chocolate torte so that I can serve after dinner espresso in this cup with it. The cups are in great condition, with just a tiny loss of paint in a couple of spots. The cups measure 2 1
