Roasted Hatch Green Chiles (Store Pickup) Heat:Hot Use on flowersEvery August, we bring in fresh Hatch, New Mexico Green Chile, and then fire roast them to perfection over an open flame right here at Johnson's Garden Centers. Use your Chile Peppers right away, or freeze them to enjoy later. Chiles are available in bushels (approx. 20 lbs.) and half bushels (approx. 10 lbs.) Smaller "starter size" packages and freeze dried peppers are available in store only. Because we roast fresh green chile, our supply will vary
