Tent Camera: Tree Trunk in the Bowdoin Pines, 2022 Formal Shettleworth JrI made this image using a device I invented called a Tent Camera. With this light proof tent I can manage to project nearby scenes via a periscope onto the ground underneath inside the tent. My picture of the tree trunk projected on the pine needle earth makes for an interesting patina that is photographic but yet suggests a painterly surface.
