Dr Edge Tasmania Chardonnay is a blend of Tamar Valley (65%) & Derwent Valley (35%) fruit. Pressed to old oak casks, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 9 months on lees. It's cool and restrained but packed with flavour. Fresh fruits, light salty nuttiness, a touch of flinty minerality. This wine pairs well with cheese, fish and poultry.
