It has been updated to include precision PALS slots, laser cut from a semi rigid woven thermoplastic called Tegris, to create a lightweight, flexible, yet rigid and stable first line platform to attach a wide range of pouches, holsters and accessories. A single piece of Mil spec Type 13 load rated webbing spans the circumference, and connects
