Neck straps are adjustable with a clear slider. Bow ties close in the back with a contoured buckle that snaps together. Product Sizing Small (12mo 3yrs) sizing measures approximately 2"W x 3 1 4"L with an adjustable neck band and buckle style closure and extends to approximately 14". Medium (ages 3 9 10yrs) sizing measures approximately 2 1 4"W x 3 3 4"L with
