A thoroughly delicious blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro from the Barossa. Red juby raspberry notes on the nose lead into a more substantial mix of black cherry with a slightly earthy edge. The tannins are fine and chalky providing ample support. The varieties were treated separately in oak before the final blending. Pair with chargrilled and barbecued foods from sirloin steak to cheese
