Introduction
The Box PSA Nitrogen Generator adopt the principle of PSA(pressureswing adsorption) technology. pressure swing adsorption technology utilizes the different adsorption capabilities of adsorbents for raw gas under different pressures, while selectively adsorbing each component of the raw gas under a certain pressure. when pressurized, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is enhanced, and a large amount of impurity components in the raw gas are adsorbed. after reaching saturation, the pressure is reduced, and the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is weakened during decompression, a large amount of these impurities are precipitated to regenerated the adsorbent. on this basis, using a combination of alternating operation can achieve the goal of continuous separation of feed gas.
